- Sergei, how did you get into BVD ?
- Got a part time job for the holidays .

- Was it difficult to combine work and study?
- The second higher education I received in Minsk, working as the head of the Moscow branch of and constantly being in Moscow. Due to the possibility of granting me unrestricted travel between the main office in Minsk and branch office in Moscow, combining study and work it was not difficult.

- How to further your career developed ?
- After receiving a diploma of higher education and successfully passed the examination in the State Customs Committee I came for an internship in the department of foreign economic activity. Two years later, I was promoted in the position of the leading experts on foreign trade.

- Why did you decide to change the type of activity and go to the sale?
- Executives of companies, directors usually are either specialists in the financial sector or specialists in the field of sales. My choice fell on the sale.

- Do you often have to go on business trips ?
- Working in a large company, which has 4 branches in the 2 continents, cooperating with customers in 17 countries, business trips are the most common weekly classes.

- What character traits needed to succeed in sales?
- Decency and honesty. With these two qualities, you can achieve success in all.

- It is hard to combine a successful work and family life ?
- It is easy, especially if you work together with your wife in the same company.

- What are you fond of?
- How would it sounds, but the most exciting experience - it's my job, thanks to which I visit a new country, city, meet new people and their cultures. Best of the rest after a hard working day - weight training at the gym.

- Who do you see yourself in 5 years?
- The head of the new project on the third continent
