New! Klassika W Moisture-Resistant PVC Door

Rooms with high humidity place special demands on doors. Constant exposure to steam, temperature fluctuations, regular wet cleaning, and the use of disinfectants quickly reveal the weaknesses of conventional door constructions. That is why it is important to choose specialized solutions designed for intensive use in such environments.

A new product from the Belarusian manufacturer Belwooddoors — the moisture-resistant PVC door Klassika W — has been developed specifically for spaces where durability, practicality, and compliance with sanitary requirements are of primary importance.

What types of spaces is Klassika W suitable for?

The model is designed for use in high-humidity environments and under intensive operating conditions. It is a suitable choice for:

• medical facilities;

• sports complexes and fitness centers;

• bathhouses, saunas, and SPA complexes;

• water parks;

• sanatoriums and health resorts;

• food processing facilities;

• food service establishments;

• other public spaces with special sanitary requirements.

Thanks to its versatile design, the door fits naturally into both modern commercial interiors and public buildings of various types.

Why is PVC a practical alternative to wood and MDF?

Even when properly treated, wooden doors remain sensitive to constant exposure to moisture: the material may warp, swell, or dry out. Moisture-resistant MDF does not always withstand many years of use in humid environments either, especially around the edges.

With the Klassika W model, this issue is addressed differently. The door slab is fully covered with a PVC finish, while the PVC edging provides a sealed protective barrier around the perimeter. This outer layer helps prevent moisture from penetrating into the door structure, allowing it to maintain its appearance and performance characteristics over a long period of time.

Well-engineered construction

The door is built on a reinforced LVL timber frame — a material known for its high strength and dimensional stability.

The door slab is 39 mm thick, providing the required structural rigidity, while expanded polystyrene is used as the core material. It is lightweight, resistant to moisture and mold growth, and has low thermal conductivity.

Easy maintenance without extra costs

Another advantage of this model is its ease of maintenance.

The smooth PVC surface is non-porous, so it does not absorb dirt or odors and does not promote bacterial buildup. The door is easy to clean and withstands treatment with a variety of detergents and disinfectants, which is especially important for medical, sports, and public facilities.

At the same time, the door slab does not require periodic repainting, refinishing, or other complicated maintenance. Even after years of use, the door retains a neat and well-maintained appearance.

Klassika W is available in a wide range of standard finishes:
